FUZE THE MC - STEREO TYPICAL MUSIC

Affinity Music and Arts is proud to present DC transplant and Atlanta native hiphop artist known as Fuze The Mc. In collaboration with DJBOOTH.NET on 2.24.2010, Fuze The Mc releases Stereo Typical Music. A hypbrid mix-album that brings new meaning to the phrase “breath of fresh air”.

"When he’s not hitting the books as a freshman in communications on a full academic scholarship at the nation’s leading historically black university, Howard University, Lance “Fuze the Mc” Coleman is making his mark in the music industry as a fresh, alternative hip-hop artist. His first two mixtapes Life: Soul/Flesh and Here We Go were released to rave reviews from top hip-hop blogs, including OKAYPLAYER, DJBOOTH.NET,KEVINNOTTINGHAM.COM,ILLROOTS.

What’s more, Fuze has performed at club venues in D.C. and in his native Atlanta, GA community. Now, with the release of his newest project Stereo Typical Music and a co-sign from artists like Charles Hamilton, Blu and GEMSTONES, to Raheem Devaughn, DMC(of RUNDMC) and KRS-One, Fuze is poised to hit radio airwaves and the big stage.

Fuze was recently featured in 25 Magazine’s “The Bridge: DMV Cipher” event alongside area artists, The Five One, Phil Ade, RAtheMC, Flex Mathews and G5 Clive and has opened for Tanya Morgan ,Kooley High, and the Rich Kids.

“Although Fuze hails from Marietta on the outskirts of Atlanta, he would be right at home in the Chi, with flows and beats that evoke Kanye, Lupe, Twista, and the soulful sampling of Sam Cooke or the Blue Notes. But those laidback beats can't damper Fuze's lyrical energy. He can shift quickly into rapid delivery, but I'm a fan of those measured moments of complex lyrics and rhymes.” – Hi Stakes Music"
