Help Desk Technician - Application Support
About the Job
Management Technology, Inc. is looking for an entry level (0-2 years experience) Application Support Help Desk Technician.
In this role you will support web applications used by our Federal client's employees nationwide. Support is provided by phone, email, and in person. Currently, we are looking for staff on the 10AM-7PM shift. Support involves configuring new users accounts, password resets, and providing assistance to end users with application functionality and application problems.
This is an excellent position for recent graduates with ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills required.
This position requires a security clearance involving background check, financial/credit check, and federal tax check.
