It seems that the D.M.V. on here is The D.C. metro area and northern VA if that the case then I'll say wale is the artist that I'm checking for the most out of D.C..But if your talking about the other d.m.v. or the whole area then in no certain order

Kevin Ross - awesome r&b singer..stage presence is great, real professional..i saw him with a live band the band messed up and you couldn't even tell.

Tabi - strong team behind him, grind and networking is off the hook, creative out the box mc, charismatic lyricist.

Wale - has earned the respect of his peers which is vital in my opinion has a tremendous buzz. I believe to quote the OY BOYZ it's on ONE WAY up.
