Bustin them things at Lavars Spot

A 35-year-old man is dead, and six others are wounded after an argument inside "The Sidelines" bar and grill in Largo turned into a shooting outside the restaurant.

Vincent Tyrrell Mastin, of Everglade Lane in Bowie, Md., was declared dead at the scene. Two victims of the shooting stayed on the scene and were brought to local hospitals; the other four drove themselves to the hospital.

All the surviving victims have non-life threatening wounds, Prince George's County police said.

Ex-Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington, who owns the restaurant, said he and his staff "were shocked and saddened by the senseless acts of the gunman or gunmen." Arrington also offered his sincere condolences to the victims and their families.

Police are still looking for the suspect, who fled after the shooting.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Prince George's County Police Department's Homicide Unit at (301)772-4925. Damn, another shooting at The Boulevard?! Is this going to be an annual occurrence or something? I really need people to chill out for real.

The Sideline is only opened for business Friday through Sunday, so it's basically functioning as a Nightclub. Not a problem, but you have to get "Club Style" security in there.
