Maryland rapper Jay IDK is putting his entire state on his back and
letting people know that the DMV still has some of the best unheard
talent. At just 21, the rapper is making a name for himself at a rapid
rate. While he prepares for the release of his forthcoming tape Sex,
Drugs and Homework, Jay IDK takes on Kendrick Lamar's 'Heart Part 3' in
order to get some thoughts off of his chest. On "The Heart 3.5" he
