This track was something slight I did a couple months ago addressing the open mic scene in DC. I decided to release the track publicly after receiving a lot of questions and concerns about my absence from the music scene. The song is in no way ment to disrespect or defer people from attending or participating in the open mic scene. It is simply my personal sentiment. Love it or leave it.

Right do your own shows... I dont do that open mic shit dudes be in them joints hating on talent waiting to upstage the next rapper and steal your ideas no neworking and none of em on the radio says alot... you can throw a caberate style joint and perform you and your homies @ the same spot they do open mics in and sell tickets in your hood and around town make a prophit then you are paying your self just like getting paid for shows ....work smarter not harder love the song by the way
