VIDEO PREMIERE: MTV Jams Premiere of Likeblood's "Red Carpet" Music Video
Washington, D.C. – September 6, 2009
The second music video from D.C.’s premiere rap group, Likeblood (Soblu Music Group), entitled “Red Carpet,” began its rotation on MTV Jams on September 5th. "Red Carpet," which is from the soundtrack to the film, “Jazz in the Diamond District,” had its television debut as the “New Joint of the Day” on BET’s 106 & Park earlier this year and now hits MTV Jams just a few weeks before the highly anticipated release of “Jazz in the Diamond District” (DVD and Soundtrack available on 9/29/09). Veteran actor, Clifton Powell (also in the film), makes an appearance in the video which also features Soblu Music Group R&B recording artist, Chris.
