Reminising............. Another DMV Story!

Back when the Jay-Z "Black Album" came out( I think 2003) I was asked by a Def Jam rep to do a remix for the European Hip Hop audience and I did. (I didn't really like the remix). I did the remix and it started to circulate in the streets and around the city. It actually made a Overseas release and they made a 12 inch of it. In case some of you don't know they pressed up Vinyl and release it to see how it would do. Yeah they did stuff like that back in the day.

So.....it got me buzzing and damn if another local producer at the time "Text Sosa" and his crew at the time didn't like that I was buzzing so they started saying " Fuck Judah" "Judah ain't do this"" Judah ain't do that" you know your typical "Discredit Type of Lingo" .  I actually think it was more Text homeboy than Text but anyway It was pretty  amusing actually and the whole time whenever I would see this dude he would try and dape me up.  Pretty amusing....... And people wonder how I met KB. Well he was over at Roca Fella at the time. STAMP!

The remixed helped me out in some ways etc...... but just the fact that I was asked was enough.

GET THE REMIX HERE:

I came a long way on the beat tip......HAHAHAHAHAHA
