Hailing from Washington, DC, Drea The Giant presents "Get It", the new single from her upcoming EP Long Overdue. Born in DC
and raised in PG County, Maryland, since the age of 11, Drea has been
penning rhymes and recording music. "Making music is nothing new to me
but sharing it with the world is," says Drea. "Lately, I've been so
inspired and I'm in a space where I want my music to be heard." "Get It" produced by JUDAH,
is an energetic head banger sure to grab the attention of Hip-Hop
lovers everywhere. JUDAH, a staple in the DC Hip-Hop scene, was one of
the first producers Drea sought to work with. "JUDAH and I collabing
just made sense," explains Drea. "I only wanted to work with a small
group of producers on my first project and JUDAH and I had a great
chemistry. He was down to earth, very open to sharing his ideas, and we
just connected from there." Long Overdue (EP) will be released this Fall and features production from JUDAH, Amiri and Kadaj The Kid. Expect much more from this talented emerging Hip-Hop artist from the Nation's Capitol.
