I know we all get a lot of fliers, e-mail, text messages, Facebook messages, etc, about various shows and events. I know I also send you information sometimes that you may not really be interested in. But this event is very important. "The World Away" Benefit Concert will be held this Saturday to help the citizens of Nanjemoy, Maryland. Nanjemoy is a community in Charles County where some residents don't have running water or indoor plumbing. The "powers-that-be" in Charles County have turned a blind eye towards this situation, mainly because the people who are affected don't vote and therefore have little political influence.
