So this weekend I listened to local radio more than usual with hopes of hearing the Wale single but instead I heard Kid Cudi "Day & Night" like 7 times and didn't hear the "Chillin" Joint
once.......

Maybe I'm listen at the wrong damn time or maybe I just need to download! YIKES.....................

*light bulb* I know! Perhaps you need your own radio show/segment, showcasing music & interviews that people actually WANNA hear. Just a thought... *hops off soapbox*

My cousin in Cali said they played it...lol!!! I hear Tabi & Likeblood's singles sometimes but they never play any WALE songs no more. U might here dat joint dis summer who knows? Don't forget Cudi been pushing "Day & Night" 4 like a year & it just got on da radio recently.

Yeah Day & Night been out for a minute. I thought it was Jim Jones joint at first. I heard Don Juan joint on the radio. It rock too. Maybe its gon take some time. Oh and that joint is more of a uptempo club joint so they might not play it in the daytime like that anyway.
It really doesn't matter if day and night been out longer it a new record to many. I'm sure every dj in the dmv has Chillin and the PMs would get mad if they played. Its the push behind it. Day and Night push is better.it says something when your own city don't spin your debut a lot. Its the push! And also there's no demand for the song.

In any other city, you get a little home court advantage.
In Philly they play Freeway and Young Chris, push or no push.
In Atl, they play down south artists, push or no push (in this case it actually CREATES the push that gets it nationwide)
On the west coast, you hear west coast artists, push or no push.
In the DMV, you hear anyone BUT a DMV artist, plus a big pile of BS excuses.
When Radio One tanks, they better not ask Obama for a bailout LOL
They don't play anybody else from the dmv.. Maybe the silver spoon slipped out of the kid's mouth.

I heard day and night this morning on russ parr and during the day. I heard chillin on the friday he drop the song. Push that shit 93.9 a 95.5
Wow!!! I actually heard it today on WKYS. I was extremely surpised & dat's sad...lol!!!

dude song just came out..lol..and another thing..hes not competing with only DMV nigga anymore..he competing with all the more known artist...just because hes from here hes not gonna be granted any special treatment..he gotta get his songs just as popular as day and night is..in this point in his career..his place of birth has nothing to do with where hes from...plus..i agree gogo takes a lot of time from possible slots for DMV indie artist
