@keimlemarc - Young & Wreckless EP
How many MC's can you name that have came out of D.C. in the past 5
years? With the exception of Wale, the nation's capital has lacked in
rap superstars poised for greatness.
In November of 2012, 20
year old rap artist Keim LeMarc released his debut project, an EP of 10
songs entitled Young & Wreckless, to a well received audience.
Speaking on the struggles of growing up in inner city DC, LeMarc paints a
vivid story that has never been told before. If you close your eyes and
listen, you get a sense your right there with him in his day to day
life. With fan favorites such as Freestyles On 12th St and Tasha's
Story, it's no wonder why this EP is garnering the attention it is
locally.

Another new song and video release from talented young Matty Da Kidd
from Richmond,Virginia. Now two mixtapes in and fresh off several
consecutive video releases, Matty Da Kidd is back with a hit called
"If I Ain't Got You," something a little different than what we have
seen from him. Give credit to director Simon Kim ($5 Dollar Music
Videos) for the dope video treatment; Matty Da Kidd does this one for
the ladies and lovers as the young artist starts breaking down his
passion for his music grind and his lady friends. "If I Aint Got You"
is featured on Matty Da Kidd's mixtape #SaluteDaKidd. Also check out
