Richard Desire,
a rapper from Baltimore has always considered music to be his biggest
passion and inspiration in life. He’s found love and talent in several
musical features including writing his own lyrics and performing them,
production, battling other rappers and free-styling. Starting at a young
age, Rich used music as a positive outlet. His demeanor can be
described as pure passion. “I love
music because it’s universal and anyone can appreciate it. Music says
what we want to in a way we can't, I love how genuine it can be.”
Currently, Rich has over 50,000 international plays and is working on new material extensively. Upon releasing his new work, Blind Ambition, Rich
is set on building a larger fan base and expresses his desire to share
his music with the world. “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to
help other people accomplish their goals and dreams. It’s an
unfathomable feeling to finally live my dreams and have the opportunity
to connect my passion to my career. I’m driven to continually
contribute my talents and story to this culture while working with
similarly passionate people.”
Rich looks up to a variety of artists including Roy Ayers, Fela Kuti, Outkast, A Tribe Called Quest, Queen and Daft Punk.
