NO ARTWORK AVAILABLE
Born
in Chicago to a mother from the infamous Cabrini Green projects and a
Nigerian immigrant father, Yinka was living in the Inland Empire,

his return stateside, he organized and embarked on a 2006 West African
tour, which led to his return the following year to take part in the 2007 African Music Awards Showcase. Yinka currently resides in Washington, D.C. These varied experiences are brought to life on his latest mixtape, The Radiant Child, available at YinkaDiz.com
Pappa G ft. Raheem Devaughn - The Motivation (Produced by Mark Henry)
Pappa G ft. Raheem Devaughn - The Motivation (Produced by Mark Henry) from PAPPA-G on Vimeo.
Some have been lucky enough to experience Pappa-G, but it won't be
long until that lucky few will become a lucky many. Pappa-G first
broke onto the scene in 2009 when he met Jive recording artist Raheem
Devaughn. The two hit it off and immediately began recording together.
The track “Ghetto Sunshine” was their first collaboration; its
soulful hooks and laid-back beat let Pappa-G's calm demeanor and raw
flow grab a hold of you as vibe to the slow-jam.
A Virginia raised hip-hop artist, he has always blazed his own trail.
Unconcerned with labels like “the next big thing” or nominations like
his 2010 nomination for “best new artist,” Pappa-G has let his hustle
and flow accentuate his craft. He has opened for both Keyshia Cole and
Tank. But, the DMV is at the heart of who he is as both an artist and
performer and he has taken great joy having performed with DC's award
winning #1 live Go-Go band Mambo Sauce and at the DC convention center
for WPGC 95.5's “For Sister's Only” event.
With his debut album featuring two songs with Raheem Devaughn and
another with west coast legend Shade Shiest, Pappa-G is posed to break
out huge. He is a Virginian who delivers time in and time out, and it
is only a matter of dwindling time until everyone experiences his
talent and welcomes him with open ears.

SHATiFF "Merlot & Moscato" feat. Taz Money & Reesa Renee
Remember
Jay Z’s “Meet the Parents” off “The Blueprint 2” well, It’s a few years
later and let’s just say Isis did leave with Sha, this is how that story
would go, the good guy gets the girl and a healthy dose of Merlot or
Moscato are his reward. The latest release off of SHATiFF’s upcoming
album “The Lost Articles of Steve Jenkins” Merlot and Moscato (LoveBird
pt.2) is a hip-hop jazzy melody produced with style & substance by
Beat Da Knocker and SHATiFF. Blended with a craftsmen’s attention to
detail SHATiFF seamlessly combines references to “Isis” as a metaphor
for his flow and long-term relationship with Hip-Hop while comparing it
all to a great glass of Merlot. Taz does the same with “Jazzy Belle” as a
metaphor for his flow and carefree relationship with the culture as
Moscato. Against the backdrop of it all is Reesa Renee softly serenading
us with her lovebird rifts throughout this lyrical escapade.
@InsaneLyrically ft. A.C.E - Aint Nobody Better Than (www.lyricallyinsane.com) (HD)
Bio: I’m an upcoming artist who is trying to make his way into the music
industry with my insane lyrics. Before 2006, never in my life did I
think I was capable of creating music. I always had a hard time getting
words out, due to the fact that I’ve been stuttering since the age of 2.
Music has always been a major influence in my life. I truly believe
that music has the power to heal the body and the soul. Listening to my
favorite artist of all time (Bob Marley), is the reason why I have such a
strong belief in the power of music. He had this idea, it was kind of a
virologist idea, and he believed he could cure racism and hate,
literally cure it by injecting music and love into people's lives. One
day he was scheduled to perform at a peace concert, a gunmen came to his
house and shot him down. Two days later he walked out on that stage and
sang. Somebody asked him why. He said the people who were trying to
make this world worse are not taking a day off. How can I? Light up the
darkness.
